I recently installed an off-grid system on Sheffield Island off the coast of Norwalk CT in Long Island Sound. Sheffield Island is the home of the Sheffield Lighthouse. The Norwalk Seaport Association has events, tours and clambakes all summer long. Check it out. www.seaport.org
Besides Sheffield Island, I have designed and installed off grid systems on Betts Island in the Norwalk Islands, on Money Island, Bear Island and Governor's Island in the Thimbles and Dodges Island off Mystic.
